Booking Deposit: Wall Tent #2 Foraging Workshop July 16-18, 2027

$1,000.00
Sold Out

Foraging Weekend

Come out to the woods and spend the weekend foraging with us. We’ll explore preservation, natural yeasts, sourdough bread, and fresh pasta, using many of the ingredients we gather together.

Pricing is for two guests and includes two nights, all meals, classes, and accommodations.

The weekend begins Friday evening when you arrive and join us for a family-style meal around the open fire. Chef will guide you through a tasting of items from our pantry, sharing how they’ve been preserved, fermented, and prepared throughout the season.

Saturday morning begins with breakfast before we head into the woods for several hours of foraging. Along the way we’ll talk about the plants, mushrooms, and berries we collect, and how we work with them in the kitchen.

When we return, lunch will be served followed by a bread class focused on natural yeast and sourdough. In the evening we’ll gather again for a pasta class and dinner, incorporating many of the ingredients we’ve foraged that day.

To finish the evening, Chef will demonstrate a wild ingredient ice cream and, as a special treat, teach doughnuts.

Sunday morning we’ll share one last breakfast together before sending you back on the road.

Wall Tent #2 Details

The Wall Tent sleeps two people in a queen-sized bed. This is our most rustic accommodation, but it offers the best views on the property.

This is a glamping tent with wood floors and high ceilings. Guests must be able to walk up a steep hill and climb a short set of stairs.

The tent is fully furnished with side tables, lamps, a small generator, a coat hanger, and a luggage rack. Depending on the weather, we can also provide a small fan, extra blankets, and a space heater.

The tent is located approximately 100 feet up a hill from the main cabin, where restrooms are available. There is also an outhouse much closer to the tent for those who prefer additional privacy.
