Approximately three months prior to your stay, you will receive a confirmation email with your itinerary, directions, and detailed instructions for arrival. We will also follow up with a phone call on the Monday or Tuesday before your reservation to answer any final questions.

Meet-up and check-in take place on Friday at 5:00 PM EST. Check-out is on Sunday at 12 PM EST.

Pricing reflects double occupancy in a single room with either a full- or queen-sized bed.

If you require two beds, or if you are traveling solo, please email us prior to booking for availability, pricing, and details.

Please note that it is not possible to reschedule within the same year. We encourage you to double-check your dates carefully before completing your booking. Reservations are non-refundable 60 days less than reservation date.
