Booking Procedures for 2026 Foragers Room
Please book using your correct name, email address, and phone number so we’re able to contact you if needed.
This is the entire cost of your reservation. This is Chef Lane’s personal bedroom in the main cabin on the second floor (stairs required). The room features a king size bed, shared bathroom, but no closet access.
Your booking includes:
Dinner on Friday evening, followed by s’mores at the fire
Saturday morning pastry, breakfast, lunch, happy hour, and a multi-course tasting menu
Sunday brunch
All meals are prepared using ingredients grown, harvested, or fished on the land surrounding the Inn, or sourced from local farmers. Beverages, transportation from town to the cabin, tax, and service fee are included.
Confirmation emails with additional details are sent 3–5 months prior to your reservation. If you need information before then, please reach out or consult our FAQs.
Please note that we are unable to accommodate certain dietary restrictions, children under the age of 16, or guest dogs. This is our home, and there are dogs and livestock on the property; for everyone’s safety and comfort, we’re unable to welcome outside animals. Guests with allergies or fears related to animals should not book this stay.
Our meet-up time is 5:00 PM EST on Friday, and check-out is 12:00 PM EST on Sunday.
Refunds and Cancellations Policy
All bookings are fully refundable up to 60 days prior to your reservation date. Cancellations made fewer than 60 days before arrival are non-refundable.
All refunds are subject to a $200 service fee.
In order to issue a refund, we must be able to resell the reservation. If the reservation is resold for less than the original purchase price due to timing or demand, the refund will reflect the resold amount.
We are unable to reschedule reservations within the same calendar year. However, you are welcome to transfer your reservation to another guest or friend.
Campfire Room Details
The Campfire Room sleeps two people in a queen-sized bed. An extra twin bed can be added if needed. Guests must be comfortable climbing one set of stairs.
