Chef’s 4 Week Online Cooking Classes:
These classes run on Sundays in February from 2-5pm CST, 3-6pm EST, 1-4 MT, 12-3 PST. Dates are 2/1, 2/8, 2/15, 2/22. You’ll learn:
Building a Pantry (preserves, ferments, smoking and brining)
Stocks and Sauces and Proteins (includes Mushroom Tea!)
Sourdough and Yeast Breads
Pastries and Ice Cream (Yup, canele will be taught! IYKYK)
These classes will help you build your intuition. The classes build on one another. Chef gives a little scientific approach that really helps their students understand what and why things happen the way they do. On wednesdays following the sunday class, from 6pm-7pm Chef will host office hours where students are welcome to show up, ask questions, and talk in more detail about what was taught in class.
